慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肌少症的机制及CCR对其的预测作用

与年龄相关的肌肉质量及力量下降被称为肌少症。新近研究指出,肌少症可能会影响慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)患者的呼吸肌和四肢肌肉,从而影响患者的生活质量和临床预后,是慢阻肺发生发展的一个独立的危险因素。血清肌酐与胱抑素C比值(CCR)是新型的衡量肌少症严重程度的血清学指标,与其他测量方式相比,具有准确、低成本、方便快捷等优点,因此逐渐引起学者的关注。越来越多的研究表明,CCR也是慢阻肺患者肌少症严重程度的有效预测指标。因此,本文针对慢阻肺合并肌少症的机制及不良预后、CCR预测慢阻肺患者肌少症的有效性进行综述。
更多The age-related decline in muscle mass and strength is called sarcopenia.Recent studies have pointed out that sarcopenia may affect the respiratory muscles and limbs muscles of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), thus affecting the quality of life and clinical prognosis of patients, so sarcopenia is regarded an independent risk factor for the development of COPD.The serum creatinine/cystatin C ratio (CCR) is a new serological index to measure the severity of sarcopenia.Compared with other measurement methods, it has the advantages of accuracy, low cost, convenience, and so on.As a result, it has gradually attracted scholars′ attention.More and more studies have shown that CCR is also an effective predictor of the severity of sarcopenia in COPD patients.Therefore, this paper analyzed the mechanism and poor prognosis of COPD combined with sarcopenia, and reviewed the effectiveness of CCR in predicting sarcopenia in COPD patients.
