摘要：
In multicellular organisms,the spatial arrangement of cells pro-foundly influences the biological functions of tissues,underscoring the importance of identifying spatial domains in biology.Recent ad-vancements in spatial omics,particularly spatial transcriptomics(ST)(Bressan et al.,2023),have enhanced our understanding of tissue spatial organization(Zhang et al.,2022;Tian et al.,2023).
