更多Eyelid pressure represents the primary mechanical stress on the ocular surface and can be quantitatively assessed using sensors. Various factors such as age, gender, and race influence eyelid pressure. Elevated eyelid pressure may result in changes to corneal morphology, triggering conditions like lid wiper epitheliopathy and dry eye disease. Despite existing challenges related to device variability and insufficient operational standards, researchers are continually refining eyelid pressure measurement techniques. In the future, research on eyelid pressure will offer enhanced guidance for clinical practices in the field of ocular surface disorders.
