散光型人工晶状体矫正翼状胬肉术后角膜不对称散光1例
A case report of the correction of corneal asymmetric astigmatism after pterygium surgery with toric intraocular lens implantation
患者男性66岁,右眼胬肉切除术后白内障,呈现角膜鼻侧和颞侧曲率不等的不对称散光状态。IOLmaster和角膜地形图分别测量的角膜散光结果差异很大,选择角膜地形图的测量结果计算拟植入的散光矫正型人工晶状体的屈光度及轴位,择期行右眼白内障超声乳化联合散光矫正型人工晶状体植入术。术后随访患者视力提高,验光显示残余散光度数小。散光矫正型人工晶状体可矫正角膜不对称散光之中的规则部分,有助于患者的视力恢复。
更多A 66-year-old male with cataract presented with an asymmetric astigmatism state with unequal corneal curvature on the nasal and temporal sides after pterygium removal in the right eye. The results of corneal astigmatism measured by IOL master and corneal topography were very different. The measurement results of corneal topography were selected to calculate the refractive power and axis position of the toric intraocular lens to be implanted, and cataract phacoemulsification combined with toric intraocular lens implantation was performed at an elective time. The patient's vision improved during postoperative follow-up, and optometry showed that the residual astigmatism was small.Toric intraocular lens can correct the regular part of corneal asymmetric astigmatism, which helps with recovery vision recovery.
