目的:了解海军新入职文职人员创伤基础生命支持培训需求情况。方法:对参加文职人员岗前培训班的1 229名海军新入职文职人员进行问卷调查。结果:创伤基础生命支持培训需求得分排序：“创伤救治基本技术”（4.13±0.88）分、“创伤救治特殊技能”（4.10±0.94）分、“创伤救治基础评估”（3.84±0.96）分。“创伤救治基本技术”中需求得分前3分别为心肺复苏技术、止血技术、包扎技术；“创伤救治特殊技能”中需求得分前3分别为关节扭伤应急处理、溺水急救技术、水面生存技能；“创伤救治基础评估”中需求得分前3分别为标准防护实施方法、创伤病情评估方法、检伤分类相关技术。培训方式需求前3分别为专项操作培训、情景模拟演练、观看相关视频；培训时机需求前3分别为执行任务前强化培训、新入职岗前培训、单位年度定期组训。结论:建议单位利用新入职文职人员在岗培训、岗前培训、任务前培训等机会，夯实创伤救治基本技术，丰富创伤救治培训形式，提升创伤救治特殊技能。

Objective:To know the need for basic life support training in trauma among newly hired civilian personnel in PLA Navy.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1229 newly hired naval civilian personnel who participated in pre-service training.Results:The ranking of scores of the needs for basic life support training in trauma among newly hired naval civilian personnel："Basic Trauma Treatment Techniques"（4.13 ± 0.88），"Special Trauma Treatment Skills"（4.10 ± 0.94），and "Basic Trauma Treatment Assessment"（3.84 ± 0.96）. The top three needs for "Basic Trauma Treatment Techniques" were cardiopulmonary resuscitation，hemostasis，and bandaging techniques；the top three needs for "Special Trauma Treatment Skills" were emergency treatment for joint sprain，drowning first aid techniques，and surface survival skills；the top three needs for "Basic Trauma Treatment Assessment" were standard protection implementation，trauma condition assessment，and related techniques for triage. The top three needs for training modes were specialized operation training，scenario simulation exercises，and watching related videos；the top three needs for training timing were intensive training prior to missions，pre-service training，and annual routine training.Conclusion:It is suggested that the working unit take the opportunities of in-service training，pre-service training，and pre-mission training for newly-recruited civilian personnel to strengthen the basic skills of trauma treatment，provide various forms of trauma treatment training，and develop special skills in trauma treatment，so as to prepare better medical support for winning wars.
