换一批胰岛β细胞衰老与2型糖尿病的研究进展

摘要：
2型糖尿病是一种发病机制复杂，以胰岛素抵抗、β细胞数量减少与功能障碍为特征的疾病。细胞衰老是细胞应对各种应激刺激而发生永久性增殖阻滞的过程。本文对胰岛β细胞衰老与2型糖尿病的研究进展进行综述，以期对胰岛β细胞衰老的机制，2型糖尿病中的β细胞功能障碍，以及靶向衰老机制的β细胞衰老与2型糖尿病的治疗策略有进一步了解。

Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a complex disease characterized by insulin resistance, decreased β cell mass and dysfunction. Cell senescence refers to the permanent proliferation arrest of cells in response to various stress stimuli. This review summarizes the research progress on pancreatic islet β cell senescence and type 2 diabetes, aiming to provide a deeper understanding of the mechanisms underlying β cell senescence, β cell dysfunction in type 2 diabetes, and related therapeutic strategies.
