Abstract: Objective:To study the data of voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) clinic in Shijingshan CDC during 2018-2022, and to provide references for AIDS prevention and control.Methods:General demographic information of visitors in VCT clinic in Shijingshan CDC from 2018 to 2022 was collected. 5 mL venous blood was collected for HIV antibody testing. SPSS 22.0 software was employed to conduct data analysis.Results:A total of 1 847 counselors visited VCT clinic in Shijingshan CDC during 2018-2022and 72 counselors were HIV positive with a HIV positive rate of 3.90%; Results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in HIV positive rate between different gender, age, martial status, previous HIV testing history, main counseling reason ( χ2=17.489, P<0.001; χ2=13.434, P=0.009; χ2=18.205, P<0.001; χ2=26.371, P<0.001; χ2=245.975, P<0.001); Multivariate analysis revealed that influencing factors included age (40-49 years old: OR=4.784, 95% CI: 1.401-16.329; 30-39 years old: OR=6.120, 95% CI: 1.875-19.979; 20-29 years old: OR=5.996, 95% CI: 1.676-21.448), martial status ( OR=5.922, 95% CI: 2.111-16.618) and main counseling reason ( OR=174.000, 95% CI: 22.780-1 328.986). Conclusion:VCT service was proved to be effective strategy for HIV/AIDS control. VCT clinic process should be improved and the VCT service publicity should be strengthened. Specific measures targeting MSM, the divorced/widowed group should be conducted and maintained to encourage active testing and reduce HIV infection.
