Abstract: Objective:To explore the application value of intensive nursing intervention under the concept of target responsibility system in the nursing of patients with community-acquired pneumonia. Methods:A total of sixty-eight patients with community-acquired pneumonia admitted to Heze Third People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different nursing plans, the study subjects were divided into control group (33 cases) and observation group (35 cases). The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received intensive nursing intervention under the concept of target responsibility system.Symptom scores of main clinical symptoms (cough and phlegm, shortness of breath, general fatigue), knowledge of disease after treatment, quality of life score, complication rate and patient satisfaction were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:After intervention, the clinical symptom scores of cough, phlegm, dyspnea, and general fatigue in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences( P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of disease knowledge and quality of life (physical function, material life, social function and psychological function) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05).The complication rate of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and their satisfaction with nursing service, diagnosis and treatment experience, psychological intervention and medical education was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical significant differences( P<0.05). Conclusions:The intensive nursing intervention under the target responsibility system can improve the clinical symptoms of community-acquired pneumonia patients, enhance patients' understanding of the disease, improve their quality of life and increase their satisfaction with medical care.
