Abstract： In recent years, with the rapid development of online medical treatment, the demand for online medical treatment of type 2 diabetes patients has gradually increased. It is an important issue to promote diabetes management to carry out out-of-hospital diagnosis and management of patients combined with online medical treatment.This paper reviewed online medical treatment approaches, situation of online medical treatment behaviors, influencing factors and evaluation tools of type 2 diabetes patients, and analyzed the advantages and limitations of online medical treatment compared with offline medical treatment, with a view to providing references for conducting research on online medical treatment behaviors of type 2 diabetes patients and nursing staff regulating medical treatment behaviors of type 2 diabetes patients.
