Abstract: Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is a neurological disease with high mortality and morbidity rates, and early neurological deterioration (END) is one of the key factors in evaluating outcome of patients. Early identification and effective intervention of END in patients with ICH is of great significance for their treatment and prognosis. This article reviews the predictive factors for END in patients with ICH from the perspectives of blood markers, hematoma characteristics, blood pressure variability, and imaging signs.
