Abstract: Objective To analyze and understand the effects of Xinbao Pill on ventricular remodeling,vascular endothelial function,and oxidative stress in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF),thus providing relevant references for the patients.Methods Ninety-six CHF patients admitted to Shijiazhuang First Center from January 2020 to December 2021 were enrolled as the research subjects,they were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to conventional treatment(control group)or Xinbao Pills+conventional treatment(observation group).The inter-group ventricular remodeling indicators,vascular endothelial function,oxidative stress indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were assessed.Results After treatment,the levels of propylene glycol(PG),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),endothelin 1(ET-1),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVDs),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDd),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),and left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)in control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,but the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CTA),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),NOVE/VA,and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were significantly higher than before treatment(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant difference in PG,MMP-9,ET-1,LVDs,LVDd,LVEDV,and LVESV,as well as SOD,CTA,CGRP,NOVE/VA,and LVEF between groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion Xinbao Pill can inhibit the occurrence of ventricular remodeling,improve the vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress status in CHF patients.
