Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality intervention mode guided by joint commission international(JCI)concept in the perioperative period of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy(LRP)patients. Methods A total of 68 LRP patients visited our hospital from February 2020 to April 2022 were included as the study subjects and randomly divided into the control group(routine perioperative intervention,n=34)and the observation group(high-quality intervention guided by the JCI concept,n=34).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the serum levels of prostate specific antigen(PSA)in both groups were significantly lower than before intervention, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The average urine flow rate of both groups was significantly higher than before intervention, which was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the psychological state scores in both groups were significantly lower than before intervention, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(2.94%vs 35.29%,P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability and intervention satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period of LRP patients, the implementation of high-quality intervention mode under the guidance of JCI concept can alleviate the patients'bad mood and psychological stress, improve the disease treatment effect, reduce postoperative adverse reactions, and enhance the ability of independent nursing and intervention satisfaction.
