Abstract： Objective To analyze the effect of"Internet+"wound ostomy management team on the ostomy management of patients with chronic wound stoma and its impact on their quality of life.Methods Sixty patients with chronic wounds from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected by convenience sampling method as the study subjects.They were randomly assigned into control group(n=30)and intervention group(n=30)by randomized numerical table method.Conventional intervention and interventions based on the"Internet+"wound ostomy management team were applied to patients of control group and intervention group,respectively.Wound healing staging and quality of life at 3,6 and 9 months of interventions were compared between groups.Nursing satisfaction was evaluated after 9 months of intervention.Results There were no significant differences in stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ wound healing at 3 and 6 months of intervention between groups(P＞0.05),while the proportion of stage Ⅲ wound healing was significantly lower in the intervention group than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 9 months of intervention,the proportion of stage Ⅰ wound healing was significantly higher in the intervention group than that of the control group(P＜0.05),but no significant differences in stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ wound healing between groups(P＞0.05).The quality of life at 3,6 and 9 months of intervention was significantly higher in the intervention group than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the intervention group than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Interventions based on the"Internet+"wound ostomy management team in grassroot hospitals achieve good outcomes in patients with chronic ostomy wounds,which can promote wound healing,improve the quality of healing and quality of life,and thus enhance their satisfaction with the work of health care providers.
