Abstract： As one of drug or gene carriers,pH-sensitive liposome can selectively release drugs at tumor tissues,reduce the drug leakage during the blood circulation,reduce side effects of drugs,leading to enhanced drug bioavailability.The references on pH-sensitive liposomes in five years are summarized to use for cancer therapy,and introduce the preparation methods,response mechanism and application of pH-sensitive liposomes,and provide references for the research of pH-sensitive liposomes in the design of anti-tumor drug carriers.
