Abstract: Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Vitexin on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury in mice base on pyroptosis.Methods:C57 mice were divided into sham operation group,model group and Vitexin group.The levels of alt,AST and IL-1 β in serum were detected.The expressions of IL-1β and GSDMD mRNA were detected by QRT PCR.The expressions of Caspase-1 and GSDMD in liver tissue were detected by Western blot.Results:compared with the sham operation group,the levels of ALT,AST and IL-1 β in model group were significantly higher than those in model group,while the levels of alt,AST and IL-1 β in Vitexin group were significantly lower than those in model group(P<0.05).At the same time,Vitexin could reduce the expression of Caspase-1 and GSDMD protein induced by ischemia-reperfusion(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitexin can significantly improve liver ischemia-reperfusion injury in mice,which may be related to the inhibition of pyrocytosis.
