Abstract: Objective:To investigate the predictive value of PLT,NT pro BNP and D-dimer for Kawasaki disease(KD)complicated with coronary artery lesions(CAL).Methods:110 children included in the study were divided into coronary artery lesions group(CAL group)and non coronary artery lesions disease group(NCAL group).Analyze the experimental results and explore the independent risk factors of KD complicated with CAL,and the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was constructed to calculate the predictive power of PLT,NT pro BNP,D-dimer.Results:PLT(OR=1.018,95%CI=1.003~1.033,P=0.016),NT pro BNP(OR=1.016,95%CI=1.006~1.026,P=0.002)and D-dimer(OR=2.280,95%CI=1.268~4.100,P=0.006)were independent risk factors for KD with CAL(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve of the combination of PLT,NT-pro BNP and D-dimer for predicting CAL was 0.866,the sensitivity of 80.5%and specificity of 79.7%.Conclusion:PLT,NT-pro BNP,and D-dimer were independent risk factors for KD with CAL,and their combination had a higher predictive value than when used alone.
