Abstract： Objective:To explore the etiology,pathogenesis,classification,diagnosis and treatment of influenza.Methods:The academic thoughts of Lin Peiqin in the diagnosis and treatment of influenza in the Qing Dynasty were applied to the clinical medication,and the differentiation,treatment and medication experience of wind temperature,spring temperature and wet temperature were discussed in combination with the climate characteristics and dietary habits in Shandong.Results:It is believed that the cause of influenza in Shandong is"strange qi",the pathogenesis is winter do not hide essence,essence loss solid hide,royal evil powerless,external evil invasion and heat,to the spring Yang hair,touch Fu evil cause influenza.Conclusion:Lin Peiqin has great researcher on the pathogenesis of influenza etiology,and fully draws on his clinical treatment thinking and prescription experience is of great value for improving the cure rate of influenza.
