Abstract: Objective:To study the status quo of metacognition degree of health anxiety, family caring degree and fear of disease progression in young and middle-aged patients with cervical cancer, and to provide theoretical basis for improving treatment compliance and quality of life of patients. Methods:From December 2022 to November 2023,60 middle-aged and young patients diagnosed with cervical cancer in secondary and tertiary hospitals in a city were selected as the main subjects, and health anxiety metacognitive scale,Family Caring Scale and Simplified Fear Disease Progression Scale for Cancer patients were selected to carry out the study. Results:The metacognition of health anxiety was positively correlated with the progression of fear disease, and the degree of family caring was negatively correlated with the progression of fear disease(P<0.01).Conclusion:Patients should be evaluated well, psychological guidance should be given to patients with high levels of health anxiety metacognition and fear disease progression, and early intervention should be carried out for patients with low or medium level of family care,so as to reduce the level of fear disease progression and improve the quality of life of patients.
