Abstract： Oral ulcer is a common oral mucosal lesion in patients with Sj?gren's syndrome,which is easy to recur and cause unbearable pain.Oral ulcers in patients with Sj?gren's syndrome are mostly caused by weakness of spleen and stomach,insuffi-cient Yin and body fluid,inflammation and accumulation of blood stasis and toxin,which are similar to the pathogenesis and clini-cal manifestations of Yin fire.Accordingly,the treatment methods of"regulating and nourishing spleen and stomach,taking into account the innate basis","nourishing Yin and moistening dryness,nourishing blood and promoting body fluid","reducing and purging Yin fire,raising and clearing Yang","invigorating Qi and activating blood,removing blood stasis and detoxification"are put forward in order to promote the recovery.
