Abstract： Diabetic hyperhidrosis belongs to diabetic autonomic neuropathy.The common clinical symptoms are obvious heat clinical manifestation in the upper body and cold clinical manifestation in the lower body,mostly belonging to the syndrome of up-per heat and lower cold.The core pathogenesis of Jueyin disease is deficiency of Jueyin,mutual damage of Yin and Yang,fire stag-nation in the upper part and deficiency cold in the lower part.Therefore,it is reasonable to analyze the hyperhidrosis of upper heat and lower cold type of diabetes from the perspective of Jueyin.As a representative prescription for Jueyin disease,Wumei Pills(乌梅丸)have a promising curative effect in the treatment of upper heat and lower cold type of diabetes hyperhidrosis.Therefore,it further explored the TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of upper heat and lower cold type of diabetes hyperhidrosis from the perspective of analyzing Wumei Pills.
