Abstract： Objective To explore the curative effect of Gushang Lotion(骨伤洗剂)on functional recovery of patients with dis-tal radius fracture after operation.Methods From July 2021 to April 2022,a total of 66 patients in the hospital who met the inclu-sion criteria with volar approach locking plate internal fixation for distal radius fractures were included and divided into the control group(routinely guided functional exercise,33 patients)and the treatment group(routine guided functional exercise combined with Gushang Lotion,33 cases).The recovery of pain,swelling and joint function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was 100％3 months after operation.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,swelling reduc-tion degree and mobility of the treatment group were better than those of the control group after treatment and 3 months after oper-ation.After 3 months,Gardmld-Werley function score of wrist joint in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion Guided functional exercise and fumigation and washing by Gushang Lotion after distal radius fracture surgery can effectively promote the early functional recovery after distal radius fracture surgery,and improve the clinical curative effect,worthy of clinical promotion.
