Abstract： Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction(血府逐瘀汤)in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods From June 2019 to June 2022,100 patients with an-gina pectoris after PCI admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Affiliated Hospital of Changzhi Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanxi Province were divided into the study group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases)by random number ta-ble method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The therapeutic effect after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syn-drome scores,cardiac function indexes,angina attack and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total curative effect in the study group was higher[94.00％(47/50)vs 74.00％(37/50),P＜0.05].After treatment,the number of attacks,duration of pain,daily consumption of nitroglycerin,chest tightness,chest colic,palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue and dark complexion in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores were lower in the study group than those before treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the score of Seattle Angina Scale(SAQ),the values of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke volume(SV)and 6-minute walk test distance in the two groups increased,and those were higher in the study group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction was effective in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris after PCI,and could improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and the heart function and control the angina pectoris,and ultimately improves the quality of life.
