Abstract： Objective To explore the effect of self-made Wenshen Formula(温肾方,WSF),a self prepared Chinese medi-cine,on female patients with ovulatory dysfunction and infertility.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,80 patients with ovula-tion disorder infertility admitted to our the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 pa-tients in each group.The control group was given clomiphene citrate capsules,and the observation group was given WSF,aself-made Chinese medicine,on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,ovarian function,ovulation and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,compared with those of the control group,the to-tal effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P＜0.05),the main and secondary symptom scores were signif-icantly lower(P＜0.05),the ovarian volume and the number of sinus follicles were significantly lower(P＜0.05),the endometri-al thickness was significantly higher(P＜0.05),the largest diameter of follicles,the number of ovulations,and the number of dominant ovulations were significantly higher(P＜0.05),and the total pregnancy rate was significantly higher(P＜0.05).Con-clusion The self-made WSF can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with ovulatory dysfunctional infertility,reduce TCM symptom scores,promote the recovery of ovarian function,and improve ovulation and pregnancy outcomes.
