Abstract： Objective To explore the application of Liangxue Xiaoyu Recipe(凉血消瘀方)in patients with diabetes retinopa-thy(DR).Methods 80Eighty patients with DR admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly di-vided into control group(calcium dobesilatetreatment)and experimental group(calcium dobesilate+Liangxue Xiaoyu Recipe For-mula treatment),40 patients in each group.Compare the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients,and compare the-improvement of TCM syndrome scores,the levels of best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),blood glucose,blood lipidlevels and reti-nopathy before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the experimental group were lower than those before treatment and those in the control group(P＜0.05).The level of BCVA in both groups increased(P＜0.05),and that in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of fast-ing blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein(LDL)in the two groups decreased(P＜0.05),and the levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The level of high density lipoprotein(HDL)was increased in both groups(P＜0.05),and it was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the thickness of hemangioma,hemorrhage spot and macula decreased in both groups(P＜0.05),and those of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Liangxue Xiaoyu Recipe has significant effect on DR patients is significant,which and can reduce TCM syndrome scores,improve the vision,improve blood glucose and blood lipid levels,and it also can improve retinopathy.
