Abstract： Objective To investigate the effect of Haikun Shenxi Capsule(海昆肾喜胶囊)in the treatment of chronic glomeru-lonephritis(CGN)patients.Methods The subjects of this study were CGN patients who were admitted from March 2019 to January 2022 in Linyi Jinluo Hospital.The samples(160 patients)were divided into the control group and the observation group based on the random number table method,80 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine treatment,and on the basis of the above,the observation group was given Haikun Shenxi Capsule,and both groups were treated for 2 months.The complications,clinical efficacy after treatment,renal function indexes,endothelial function indexes and immune function before and after treat-ment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the total clinical effective rate of the control group after treat-ment,the rate of the observation group was significantly higher.Compared with those before treatment,the serum levels of serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),24 h urine protein quantification(UPQ),endothelin-1(ET-1)and CD8+in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.Compared with those before treatment,serum nitric oxide(NO),flow-mediated dilation(FMD),creatinine clearance rate(Ccr),CD4+,CD3+,CD4+/CD8+values in the two groups increased after treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.There was a significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Haikun Shenxi Capsule can effectively improve the clini-cal treatment effect,renal function,immune function and endothelial function of CGN patients.
