Abstract： Objective To establish a clinical rational drug use evaluation standard for Compound Kushen Injection(复方苦参注射液),and provide reference for clinical application of Compound Kushen Injection.Methods For 139 patients treated with Compound Kushen Injection in the hospital from January to December 2023,the drug utilization evaluation(DUE)standard of Compound Kushen Injection in BOE Hospital of Hefei was established according to the relevant data.The rationality of drug use was evaluated and analyzed by AHP weighted TOPSIS method.Results Among 139 medical records,the highest Ci was 1 and the lowest was 0.384.There were 71 cases(51.1％)with Ci≥80％,17 cases(6.25％)with Ci≤80％,and 51 cases(36.7％)with Ci＜60％.The problem of irrational drug use mainly focused on medication beyond indications,unreasonable usage and dos-age and adverse reaction monitoring.Conclusion The DUE standard for Compound Kushen Injection was established through the AHP-TOPSIS method,which can be used for the evaluation of rational drug use in clinical practice.
