Abstract： Objective To explore the effects of deep receiving Yang acupuncture and routine acupuncture combined with bio-feedback electrical stimulation on maximum bladder capacity in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS)and urinary inconti-nence.Methods A total of 138 patients with CIS and urinary incontinencewere enrolled as the research objects between October 2021 and October 2022.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(69 cases,deep re-ceiving Yang acupuncture combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation)and control group(69 cases,routine acupuncture com-bined with biofeedback electrical stimulation).The urination diary indexes,urodynamics,urinary incontinence and adverse reac-tions in both groups were observed.Results After treatment,once urine volume and urination interval in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the times of 48 h urination and urine leakage were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the maximum bladder capacity in the observation group was larger than that in the control group,the maximum detrusor pressure and residual urine volume were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the severity of urinary incontinence in the observation group was significantly milder than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The deep receiving Yang acu-puncture combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation has significant effect on CIS combined with urinary incontinence,which is superior to the routine acupuncture combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation and can effectively improve urinationsymp-toms,urodynamics and neurological deficits,with higher safety.
