Abstract： Objective To analyze the effect of Diacerein Capsules combined with sodium hyaluronate injection on knee function-al recovery in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 172 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as study subjects,and all subjects were divided into combination group and injection group by random numbers table.The injection group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection,and the combination group was treated with Diacerein Capsules combined with sodium hyaluronate injection.The related indicators including inflammatory factors,bone metabolism;joint mobility,knee function score[HSS score,Lysholm score],incidence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared be-fore treatment and 1 month after treatment.Results The total response rate of combination group was higher than that of the injection group(P<0.05).In the combination group,IL-1β and TNF-α levels were lower than those of the injection group,and BGP,OPG lev-els,joint mobility,HSS score and Lysholm score were higher than those of the injection group(P<0.05).Conclusion By comparing the results of knee function before and after treatment,statistical analysis concluded that Diacerein Capsules combined with sodium hya-luronate injection has significant therapeutic effect and can effectively improve knee function.However,the study should be further in-cludes multicenter study subjects and expand the source range of cases to confirm the accuracy.
