Abstract: Objective To observe the application effect of inflatable thermal blanket combined with infusion heating and pres-surizing instrument in the recovery period of tumor patients under general anesthesia.Methods 80 patients who underwent radical tumor surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was adopted with conventional thermal insulation measures,while the research group was added with the com-prehensive thermal insulation measures of inflatable thermal insulation blanket combined with infusion heating and pressurizing instru-ment.The nasopharyngeal temperature before induction(T1),1 hour after operation(T2),at the end of operation(T3)and 10 minutes before leaving PACU(T4)were compared between the two groups,and the changes of coagulation function,extubation time,PACU re-tention time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The nasopharyngeal temperature in the control group was significantly lower at T2~T4 than at T1(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body temperature between the study group and the control group at different time points(P>0.05),and the nasopharyngeal temperature at T2~T4 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,the postoperative APTT and PT time were significantly prolonged(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the APTT and PT time before and after operation in the study group(P>0.05),and the APTT and PT time after operation was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The extubation time and PACU retention time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Inflatable thermal blanket combined with infusion heating and pressurizing instrument can effectively maintain the body temperature of tumor patients under general anesthesia,improve blood coagulation function,shorten the recovery time,reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and improve the quality of recovery.
