Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of disease cognitive intervention on postoperative rehabilitation exercise compliance in patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods Using prospective analysis and random number table method,120 patients with femo-ral neck fractures in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 60 pa-tients in each group. The control group patients were received routine rehabilitation intervention, while the observation group patients were received disease cognitive rehabilitation intervention. The disease cognition, disease uncertainty, psychological resilience and reha-bilitation exercise compliance of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, there was no significant differ-ence in the disease cognition score, disease uncertainty score, and psychological resilience score of the observation group before inter-vention(P>0.05).After intervention, the treatment control score of the observation group was increased, while the disease impact,per-sonal control, symptom differentiation, emotional response, attention and disease understanding scores were decreased. After intervention, the psychological resilience score of the observation group was increased, and the disease uncertainty score of the observation group was decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the compliance rate of rehabilitation exercise in the observation group after intervention(98.33%)was higher than that in the control group(86.67%)with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Disease cognition rehabilitation intervention can improve postoperative disease cognition of patients with femoral neck fractures, reduce disease uncertainty, improve psychological resilience and enhance rehabilitation exercise compliance.
