Abstract: Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of continuous nursing intervention time on motor function of stroke patients. Methods Computer search of randomized controlled trials on the use of continuous nursing in stroke patients from multiple databases such as CNKI,WanFang,WeiPu,PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Embase was performed. The search period was from databas-es establishment to December 2023,and the Meta-analysis was conducted by RevMan5.4 software. Results A total of 19 articles were included, involving 1 695 samples, including 847 in the observation group and 848 in the control group.Meta-analysis results showed that compared with conventional nursing, continuous nursing intervention for 1 month[MD=4.69,95%CI(1.93,7.45),P=0.000 9],3 months[MD=8.76,95%CI(7.67,9.86),P<0.000 01],6 months[MD=8.10,95%CI(7.36,8.84),P<0.000 01],12 months[MD=7.76,95%CI(6.20,9.32),P<0.000 01]can improve the limb motor ability of stroke patients. Conclusion Continuous nursing in-tervention for 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months can effectively improve the motor function of stroke patients and promote the recovery of motor function compared with conventional nursing.
