Abstract： Objective To explore the problems existing in the standardized training base for anesthesiology residents in Hebei province,find out the reasons,and formulate corresponding policies to provide guidance for improving the training quality for anesthesia residents.Methods According to the national standardized training evaluation standard for residents majoring in anesthesiology in 2021,the ques-tionnaire survey on quality construction of standardized training base for anesthesiology residents was carried out in 18 national base in Hebei province.The questionnaire was filled in by authorised personnel in each base.The content of questionnaires includes basic condi-tions,teachers management,training process management,training quality management,guarantee measures,etc.Results The annual compliance rate of 18 national level standardized training bases for anesthesiology residents in our province is only 78％,and the proportion of sub specialty anesthesia cases in the bases that do not meet the standards is 44％.The compliance rate of equipment and instruments in the anesthesia department and pain outpatient department of the residential training base is 89％.Conclusion Each training base for anesthesiology residents should take action,further improve the training quality,strengthen the connotation construction of standardized training,and formulate feasible assistance measures.
