Abstract: 运动损伤在人群中的发生率较高,已有研究表明通过一定方式的训练可明显减少损伤发生率.在运动损伤的发生中,髋关节的稳定性对于保持身体重心的稳定至关重要.而臀中肌训练能够从减轻疼痛、提高身体平衡能力等方面来预防损伤的发生.因此,针对性地进行臀中肌训练,将对预防运动损伤产生益处.臀中肌训练通过选择不同的训练方式、训练强度,进而产生不同程度的肌肉激活、不同部位的肌力加强,能够对预防运动损伤产生益处.文章主要就臀中肌训练对预防运动损伤的机制和臀中肌预防运动损伤的实施进行综述.
