Abstract：急性胰腺炎(AP)是一种发病急且致死率较高的急腹症,表现为多种因素诱发的胰腺损伤以及炎症细胞过度活化,严重时可导致全身炎症反应综合征和多器官功能障碍.作为先天免疫细胞,巨噬细胞是AP的核心因素,也是病程中细胞因子和趋化因子的主要产生部位.AP的严重程度与巨噬细胞参与的炎症级联反应密切相关,针对巨噬细胞的靶向干预可能成为阻断炎症过程、促进组织修复的关键.文章就AP中各驻留巨噬细胞的作用机制以及靶向干预后其表型功能变化进行综述.
