Abstract： 目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC),测定甲钴胺的有关物质.方法:采用Lichrospher-NH2色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.3%磷酸溶液:乙腈(32:68),流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长254 nm.结果:甲钴胺、氰钴胺和羟钴胺的最低检测限量分别为4.4、2.6和4.0 ng,甲钴胺与各杂质分离良好.结论:该法简便、快速,灵敏度高,准确可靠.
