Abstract: Psoriasis is a common chronic and recurrent inflammatory disease with a complex pathogenesis and is affected by the interaction between genes and environmental factors.Regulatory T cells(Tregs)are heterogeneous population of cells with multiple immunophenotypes, which play an important role in regulating immune responses, inhibiting excessive immune responses, and maintaining immune homeostasis.Current studies have shown that abnormal number, function and phenotype of Tregs are important mechanisms in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. This article reviews the growth and development characteristics of Tregs and its role in the pathogenesis and treatment of psoriasis,so as to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the treatment of psoriasis targeted by Tregs.
