Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of resilience on quality of life in patients with Wilson's disease(WD),and to analyze the mediation effect of self-efficacy between resilience and quality of life. Methods A total of 95 patients with WD were selected by simple random sampling method and assessed with general information questionnaire,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),The World Health Organization Quality of Life(WHOQOL-BREF).Results There existed significant differences in scores of physiological, psychological and environmental fields of WHOQOL-BREF among WD patients with different incomes(P<0.01).The total score and all factor scores of CD-RISC as well as the total score of GSES were positively correlated with all field scores of WHOQOL-BREF(P<0.01).Self-efficacy played a part of intermediary role between resilience and quality of life, and the intermediary effect accounted for 27.44%of the total effect. Conclusion WD patients have low psychological resilience, poor quality of life and moderate self-efficacy;resilience and self-efficacy are related to quality of life.
