Abstract： Objective To explore the influence of resilience on quality of life in patients with Wilson's disease(WD),and to analyze the mediation effect of self-efficacy between resilience and quality of life.Methods A total of 95 patients with WD were selected by simple random sampling method and assessed with general information questionnaire,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),The World Health Organization Quality of Life(WHOQOL-BREF).Results There existed significant differences in scores of physiological,psychological and environmental fields of WHOQOL-BREF among WD patients with different incomes(P＜0.01).The total score and all factor scores of CD-RISC as well as the total score of GSES were positively correlated with all field scores of WHOQOL-BREF(P＜0.01).Self-efficacy played a part of intermediary role between resilience and quality of life,and the intermediary effect accounted for 27.44％of the total effect.Conclusion WD patients have low psychological resilience,poor quality of life and moderate self-efficacy;resilience and self-efficacy are related to quality of life.
