Abstract： Objective To explore the research hotspots and development trends of group cognitive behavioral therapy(GCBT)at home and abroad.Methods CiteSpace software was used to conduct quantitative and visual analysis of related literatures published in Wed of Science core collection and CNKI database from 2003 to 2023.Results The overall researches on GCBT at home and abroad were on the rise,but the domestic researches were relatively lagging behind,and the literature impacts needed to be improved.The research hotspots of GCBT at home and abroad mainly focused on efficacy evaluation,efficacy comparison and intervention protocol development.In addition,foreign researches also involved in theoretical research,mechanism of action,influencing factors,assessment tools,as well as innovation and development of interventions.Conclusion In the future,domestic researches on GCBT may seek transformation and breakthrough in four aspects:theory improvement,method diversification,perspective expansion,and interdisciplinary integration.
