Abstract： Major disasters cause a large number of critically ill casualties in a moment.Injury control surgery is the key to effective-ly reduce the mortality and disability rate of the wounded at the scene of disasters.The portable anesthesia machine is an important medical equipment for ensuring damage control operation at the site of disaster accident.This paper reviews the current status of anaes-thesia machine research at home and abroad,analyzes the performance characteristics and key technologies of portable anaesthesia ma-chine in combination with the characteristics of disaster rescue,and prospects the future development direction.
