Abstract： In recent years,the energy based on mild hyperthermia technology of tumor has been widely used in clinical applica-tions.Mild hyperthermia treatment is a thermal therapy technique of using thermal medium to control the temperature of the treated area at 40～45℃,thereby killing tumor cells.It has a wider therapeutic range and does not burn surrounding normal tissue.We describe the principle of mild hyperthermia technology and the development status of the equipment,introduce the new technology of mild hyperther-mia coupled with nanoparticles,analyze the influence of hyperthermia system,tumor environment,nanomaterials and other factors on the effect of mild hyperthermia,explain the sensitization and efficiency of other therapies assisted mild hyperthermia,and finally fore-cast the key technologies to be improved in mild hyperthermia.
