Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical value of seven autoantibody tests for lung cancer in the differentiation of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules. Methods 45 lung cancer patients were selected as the observation group, and another 45 benign lung nodule patients were selected as the control group. All patients collected blood for testing of tumor suppressor gene 53(p53),stem cell transcription factor 2(SOX2),tumor testicular antigen 7(GAGE7),protein gene product 9.5(PGP9.5),hu-man cancer antigen(Cage),melanoma antigen A1(MAGEA1)Tumor antigen 4-5(Gbu4-5)detection,compared the differences between the 2 groups of antibodies;According to the staging of lung cancer, patients were divided into stages Ⅰ~Ⅱ and Ⅲ~Ⅳ,and the differences in antibody levels between the 2 groups were compared;Draw ROC curves, analyzed the clinical value of vari-ous antibodies and combined detection in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules. Results The levels of p53,SOX2,GAGE7,PGP9.5,Cage,MAGEA1,and Gbu4-5 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Among 45 lung cancer patients, there were 29 cases in stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ and 16 cases in stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ;The levels of p53,SOX2,GAGE7,PGP9.5,Cage,MAGEA1,and Gbu4-5 in patients with stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ were higher than those in pa-tients with stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Drawing ROC curves showed that combined detection has higher value in distinguishing between benign and malignant pulmonary nodules. Conclusion The seven autoanti-body tests for lung cancer have high value in the differentiation of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules, which can improve di-agnostic sensitivity and specificity, and facilitate the subsequent targeted treatment work.
