Abstract: Objective To investigate the differential diagnostic value of DCE-MRI,DWI combined with serum tumor markers for benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods 106 cases of breast nodules were selected, all of which were single nodules, and analyzed the differential diagnostic value of applying DCE-MRI,DWI combined with serum tumor markers on the be-nign and malignant breast tumors. Results Comparison of DWI parameters of benign and malignant breast nodes revealed that the ADC values of malignant nodes were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of DCE-MRI parameters of benign and malignant breast nodes revealed that the proportion of malignant nodes with irregular morphology,inho-mogeneous enhancement and TIC of type Ⅲ were higher(P<0.05);The levels of CA153 and CEA were significantly higher in the group of malignant breast nodes than in the group of benign breast The levels of CA153 and CEA were significantly higher in the group with malignant nodules than in the group with benign nodules(P<0.05);The results of ROC curves showed that the AUCs of DCE-MRI,DWI,CA15,CEA single and combined application were 0.745,0.732,0.653,0.593 and 0.852,respective-ly.Conclusion DCE-MRI and DWI combined with serum tumor markers have high differential diagnostic power for benign and malignant breast tumors, and have good clinical application value.
