Abstract: Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of WT1,NLR and LMR in children acute myeloid leukemia. Methods 73 newly diagnosed children with AML were selected as the study group, and another healthy children with outpatient physical examination in the same time period were selected as the control group(50 cases)to compare the differences in WT1,NLR and LMR levels between the 2 groups. Results The level of NLR in the study group was higher than that in the control group, while LMR was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);as the risk increased, the level of NLR and WT1 expression in children with AML gradually increased, while the level of LMR gradually decreased(P<0.05).NLR,LMR and WT1 tests i-dentified 55,59 and 56 cases of AML in children, respectively, and the combined test identified 69 cases of AML in children;the sensitivity, specificity and AUC of the combined test of each index for the differential diagnosis of AML in children were signifi-cantly higher than that of the NLR,LMR and WT1 tests alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of WT1 and NLR and LMR can significantly improve the diagnostic rate of AML in children, but further in-depth validation with larger sample size is needed.
