Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of intense pulsed light and carbon dioxide fractional laser in preventing early scars after facial cosmetic suture surgery. Methods From May 2022 to May 2023,we used a randomized controlled analysis method to divide 36 patients with facial trauma who underwent cosmetic suturing surgery into two groups, with 18 cases per group.Control group:silicone gel was used to prevent scar after cosmetic suture.Treatment group:based on the control group,IPL and carbon dioxide fractional laser treat-ment were immediately performed after suture removal, and the scar condition and satisfaction score of the two groups of patients were ob-served.Results The study found that there was no significant difference in the conditions of the two groups of patients before the treat-ment intervention(P>0.05);the conditions of the two groups were different after the treatment intervention, the difference was significant,(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the treatment group was much higher than that of patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion The use of intense pulsed light and carbon dioxide fractional laser for clinical treatment can have a good therapeutic effect. The early postoperative scar condition of patients can be improved, and it is also beneficial to their prognosis. It is worthy of promotion and application.
