Abstract： Concentrated Growth Factors(CGF)represent the third generation of platelet concentrates,a type of platelet-rich bio-material extracted from the patient's own blood through a specific centrifugation process.CGF contains a high concentration of growth fac-tors and cytokines.It has been shown to enhance wound healing,improve the survival rate of grafts,and stimulate tissue regeneration.In recent years,CGF has been extensively applied in various fields including oral surgery,plastic surgery,dermatology,and others.This re-view provides a comprehensive overview of the components,biological effects,and clinical applications of CGF.
