Abstract： The clinical characteristics of COVID-19 patients have been well summarized by Xie et al[1].However,we should pay attention to another special manifestation of COVID-19,COVID-19-related immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome(IRIS).SARS-CoV-2,an infectious agent,can also cause IRIS,similar to Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
