Abstract: Objective:To explore the influencing factors of off-label indication use of clonazepam in real world.Methods:1291outpatients using clonazepam in outpatient department from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and the basic information of patients was collected.The influencing factors of off-label indication use of clonazepam in the outpatient department were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results:There were 97cases in the non off-label indication group and 1194 cases in the off-label indication group.The main off-label indications were sleep disorders,anxiety and depression.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the level of attending physician(OR=2.771,95%CI:1757~4.212,P<0.05)and the type of medical insurance(OR=0.394,95%CI:0.203~0.766,P<0.001)were independent risk factors for off-label indication of clonazepam.Conclusion:The main off-label indication of clonazepam in outpatients are sleep disorders,anxiety and depression.The type of medical insurance and the level of attending physician were significantly correlated with off-label indication use of clonazepam.
