Abstract： Objective To analyze the effectiveness of emergency nursing for patients with emergency diabetic ketoaci-dosis.Methods Sixty-two patients with emergency diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 31 cases each by drawing lots method.The control group received traditional nursing,and the study group received emergency nurs-ing.Blood glucose index and quality of life index were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose in-dex of the study group after nursing was lower than that of the reference group,and score of quality of life was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the nurs-ing of patients with emergency diabetic ketoacidosis,emergency nursing can improve blood glucose and quality of life.
