Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of diversified health education in diabetes mellitus(DM)pa-tients undergoing physical examination. Methods A total of 100 DM physical examination patients admitted to Shanx-ian Haijiya Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into con-trol group(conventional education)and observation group(diversified health education)by bicorph method, with 50 cases in each group. The self-management ability before and after 1 month of health education,as well as the satisfac-tion and compliance of the examiners with health education of the two groups were compared. Results Before health education, there were no statistical significances in the scores of self-management ability(diet control,exercise,scien-tific medication, blood glucose monitoring)between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 1 month of health education, the scores of self-management ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The compliance and satisfaction of health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Conducting diversified health education for DM patients through physical examinations can improve their compliance, enhance their self-management level, and enhance their satisfaction with health education.
