Abstract: Objective To analyze the application value of goal oriented nursing intervention combined with feedback method in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes nephropathy patients. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy admitted to Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into two groups, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given goal oriented nursing intervention combined with feedback method. Before the intervention and 3 months after the intervention, the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG)in the two groups were detected. The Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities(SDSCA),Hamilton Depression Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale were compared between two groups. Results After 3 months of intervention, the FPG,2 hPG levels and negative emotion score of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the SDSCA score was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Goal oriented nursing intervention combined with feedback method in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic nephropathy can improve self-management ability, reduce blood glucose level and improve negative mood.
